Navigating bariatric vitamins can be overwhelming. Therefore, we recommend all customers start by taking our personalized quiz so we can assist you in making an informed purchase decision.

Due to the complexity of our manufacturing process, it can be hard to determine when a product will be back in stock. However, we can typically expect to have another product in stock within 8 to 12 weeks.

We accept any major credit card or you can pay using ShopPay or Apple Pay.

At this time, we do not accept FSA or HSA as a method of payment.

The cost of shipping varies based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Once you have placed your order, you can update your shipping address by emailing hello@nessvitamins.com. However, we can not guarantee that your order will not have already been shipped by the time we receive your email. Therefore, we recommend you notify us of any changed to your shipping address as soon as possible.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. However, most of our orders are fulfilled within 1-3 days and should arrive within 5-7 days from the shipping date.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. But as we continue to grow, we plan to expand our reach so other countries can learn what it’s like to experience wellNESS. Be sure to follow us on instagram @nessvitamins to stay updated on our growth and expansion to a region near you.

Sometimes, our products will ship from different warehouses. Therefore, your order may be coming in separate boxes. You should have received tracking for each shipment, however if you can not find it, please contact us as hello@nessvitamins.com.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information. If you can not find this email or your tracking number, please email us at hello@nessvitamins.com.

At times, tracking information will not be available up to 72 hours after your order has shipped. If it has been more than 72 hours since your order shipped and your tracking information has not yet been updated, please email us at hello@nessvitamins.com.

To check the status of your order, please locate the tracking number that was sent to you via email once your order was shipped. If you have not yet received your shipping information, that means we are still processing your order.

If you notice that your order is taking longer than usual to be delivered, please review your tracking information for any updates before contacting us. Sometimes there are delays in shipping that are outside of our control.

We offer a 15 day return policy from the time you received your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the packaging has been tampered with or is missing product inside the packaging, please contact us immediately at hello@nessvitamins.com and we will send you a replacement.

If you have opened your bottle of multivitamin capsules and the powder has spilled out of the capsules, please contact us immediately at hello@nessvitamins.com and we will send you a replacement bottle.

Unfortunately, we can not offer returns on products that have been opened.

Our formulations are reviewed by a team of bariatric surgeons and dietitians to ensure they are optimized for your health after weight loss surgery. All of our vitamins and supplements contain higher doses of the key vitamins and nutrients that your body needs for optimal health after weight loss surgery and to protect you against malnutrition.

Yes, it is safe to take our vitamins even if you are not a bariatric patient. However, we recommend you consult with your primary care physician before taking them to ensure you do not consume excessive amounts of vitamins that could potentially cause adverse effects such as nausea, diarrhea, hair loss, or fatigue.

It is best to store your vitamins in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to high temperatures may cause your vitamins to go bad and become ineffective.

We recommend taking your multivitamins before bed and your calcium chews with meals and at least 2 hours apart.

All of our vitamins have a 18 month shelf life. Be sure to check the expiration date of your product before consumption.

Yes, you can just consume the powder inside the capsules however we do not recommend this as it does not taste good. Instead, we suggest you purchase our Multivitamin Chewable Tablet which has the same formulation as the Multivitamin Capsules.

All of our products are made in the United States.

We recommend a high-potency multivitamin that contains a minimum of 18 mg of iron and 400 mcg of folic acid, selenium, copper, and zinc.

Multivitamins must be taken up to two times daily, depending on the brand of vitamin you are taking. If you have the Ness Complete Multivitamins, you only need to take it once daily. It is also important to note that if you are taking our Ness Complete Multivitamin, you will not need to take vitamin D, B12, or iron.

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and supports bone, blood vessel, and muscle function, as well as hormone secretion and nerve transmission.

Bariatric patients who had the gastric bypass or the gastric sleeve must take 1500 mg per day of calcium citrate. If you had the duodenal switch, you would be required to take 2000 mg per day. To meet these recommendations, you will be required to take three doses a day

As a bariatric patient, it is essential to remember to take calcium citrate, NOT the calcium carbonate supplements found at your local convenience store. Calcium carbonate is not absorbed as quickly as calcium citrate is.

Vitamin D is a top noted micronutrient deficiency before and after bariatric surgery. Vitamin D is found in very few foods but is rather absorbed from the sun through the skin.

We recommend bariatric patients take 3000 international units (IU) a day. You may purchase your Vitamin D from a specialized retailer or you may pick up any Vitamin D3 supplement at your local convenience store.

If you are already taking our Ness Complete Multivitamin, you do not need to take a Vitamin D supplement as our multivitamin already contains the recommended dosage.

B12 is a water-soluble vitamin found in animal products and fortified grains. It is necessary for red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and brain function.

Our Ness Complete Multivitamin already has the recommended dosage of B12 in each tablet. So, patients who are not taking our multivitamins are advised to take B12 supplements.

If you are taking B12, you must take 500 to 1000 mcg a day as either atablet or liquid under the tongue. Patients have the option to purchase asublingual B12 supplement online. Yet, some patients may opt-in for a B12injection once a month, or if their insurance covers it, they may want to beprescribed Nascbol nasal spray that is taken once weekly

Iron is an essential element for blood production. It is a necessary mineral that aids in the structure and support of metabolism, growth, development, cellular functioning, and synthesis of hormones and connective tissues.

Similar to Vitamin D and B12, if you are already taking our Ness Complete Multivitamin, you do not need to take an iron supplement. Yet if you choose to do so, you are advised to take 45 to 60 mg a day.
