Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email email@example.com with the subject line RETURN ORDER #[Your Order]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item and process the products, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from receipt of your returned product for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account. We are unable to refund your original shipping chargers unless the return was a result of our error.
Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items after they have been shipped. If you have placed an order and still have not received it within a few weeks, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to share your tracking information with you.
If you have not yet received your package and the item says it was delivered, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask them for more details about the delivery of your package.
